Wen-Pin Leow

is President of the Koinonia Inclusion Network (KIN), a Singapore-based parachurch organisation that promotes the inclusion of persons with special needs in churches. He is also Director of the Centre for Disability Ministry in Asia (CDMA), and Lecturer in Biblical and Interdisciplinary Studies, at the Biblical Graduate School of Theology (BGST), Singapore. He is the author of three books on disability inclusion, including Enabling Hearts: A Primer for Disability-Inclusive Churches. Wen-Pin has also served for over a decade in the special education sector in Singapore, playing a leading role in the establishment of a number of pioneering schools for persons with autism.
